We are a family run business, who are lucky to have two excellent, experienced trainers as part of our growing team. Between us, we have knowledge in all breeds of dogs, working and pet trained, and experience of even the most problematic dogs and behaviours.
Craig is the founder and director of Ravenkeeper, and his experience and life long passion for working dogs fuels Ravenkeeper’s ethos that every dog deserves the best training, the best home and the best future. Craig has completed IMDT courses such as dog behaviour, and has successfully competed in Field Trials with his winner working dog Izzy. Due to the demand for Ravenkeeper, Craig spends the majority of his time now liaising with clients and assisting with queries and training requirements.
Audrey is a superb trainer who joins us with a wealth of experience. After studying Zoology at Leeds University for five years with a special interest in animal behaviour, Audrey’s passion for how dogs can help people by using their noses and providing practical assistance led her to volunteer for Guide Dogs UK. Audrey is qualified as a UK College of Scent Dogs detection dog handler and will shortly be a City and Guilds certified handler. Audrey also has completed IMDT courses including Canine Body language, and Centre of Excellence courses including Animal Assisted Therapy, Understanding Dog Nutrition and Communication, and a Pet Bereavement Counsellor diploma. Audrey has grown up with dogs and currently has a crazy working cocker spaniel who is training to be a detection dog!
Laura works as an assistant to Craig, concentrating on the administration side of the business such as the website, adverts and email enquiries.
